Then, if needed, you can make more specific adjustments to individual Pages in the Content tab within the Design menu of each page. There you can override the same controls on the global Design tab, and fine-tune additional controls for that Page only. In the Content tab, click the “+” to create a new empty Page. Editing a Page: In the Content tab, click a Page’s title to begin editing. On the left, you can edit content directly in the Page. In the Design menu on the right, you can override the global Design settings for this page specifically. If you’d like to revert a Page back to the global Design tab’s settings, open its Design menu and click the “Reset” button. Note: Seeing “Lorem ipsum...” in the content of a page indicates that it is empty. Pinning a Page: Pages can be Pinned to the top or bottom of other pages (or to the top or bottom of the window) as a persistent element. Duplicating a Page: You can duplicate a Page by right-clicking on the Page’s title in the Content tab. Select “Duplicate”, or hold the “Option” key and drag. The green dot: Pages with the green dot turned on in the Content tab will appear in a Stacked Set, or will appear in the Thumbnail Index (if it is enabled). It will also be visited when using the ”Next Page” and “Previous Page” Internal Link options. Note: a page is not “private” when the page is turned off and can still be found by search engines. To completely hide a Page from the Web, it needs to be password-protected. In the Content tab, click the “+” to create a new Set. Set titles are bold, and will show/hide their contents when clicked. Using Sets: Drag pages into a Set to organize them. You can also drag Sets into other Sets. Pinned Pages dragged into a Set will become visible only when viewing a page within that Set. Stacked Sets: Stacking a Set of Pages will display the pages within a Set as a continuously scrolling feed. Filtering the Thumbnail Index by Set: To filter a Thumbnail Index by a specific Set, look for the Thumbnail Index menu in the Design tab and enable the option “Show Thumbnail Index on every Page”. Just below, select “Set” and choose the Set you'd like to filter by in the drop-down menu. This will change how the Thumbnail Index is filtered globally. You can Stack individual Sets of pages, or your entire site. Stacking a Set: To Stack a Set, right-click the Set’s name in the Content tab. Note that while editing a page within a stacked set, the entire stack will be displayed in the Admin, however — linking directly to that page will display the page by itself on your site. Adding or excluding pages from a Stack: To add a page to a Stacked Set, turn it on by clicking the gray dot so that it turns green. You can also turn a page off from displaying in a Stacked Set and link to it individually. Stack your entire site: To stack all of the pages in your site into a single continuously scrolling feed, enable the “Stack all Pages in a continuous feed” option in the Design tab. A Pinned Page will display its content layered on top of, or alongside other pages. Pinning can also be limited locally: if you Pin a page inside of a Set (a folder of pages) it persists only on the pages inside that Set. In the Content tab, a Pinned Page will appear with a Blue “Pin” icon. Any page can be Pinned: right-click a page and choose “Pin” to reveal the Pin Settings. Pin Settings: A Pinned page can align to either the “Top” or “Bottom” of the site. Choosing “Overlay” will layer the page above other pages. When a Pinned page is overlayed, enabling the “Fixed” option will fix the page to the window and will not scroll with the site, and “Adjust” will add height to the page that is being overlayed to prevent content from overlapping. Alternatively, a Pinned page that is set only to “Adjust” will scroll with other pages. Show different pages on desktop and mobile: Pinned pages also have the options to “Show on Desktop” and “Show on Mobile”. Showing a Pinned Page on the Home Page: Pinned Pages will appear on the Home Page if the Pinned page and the Home Page are not inside of a Set (or if they are within the same Set). To have a Pinned page show up only when viewing the Home Page, drag both of them into a unique Set. Enabling a Backdrop: In the Design menu of a page, look for the ”Backdrop” option. Backdrop Size & Position: Once a Backdrop has been enabled, the “Split” option will display the Backdrop and the page contents side by side rather than layered below the page content. Enabling the “Responsive” option will vertically stack the backdrop on top of the content when viewing the site on mobile, using 50% of the viewport‘s height. Full Height Backdrops: To allow the Backdrop to take up the full height of the browser window, it’s typically combined with the “100% Height” option also in the Design menu of the page you are editing. Browser & Device Support: Animated Backdrops require WebGL. Some devices may not render Backdrops due to having certain system settings. A Thumbnail Index can be displayed on every page of your site or you can choose to display it on specific pages only. It displays the thumbnails of pages that are turned on (indicated by a green dot in the Content tab). Show a Thumbnail Index on every page: You can display a Thumbnail Index globally by enabling the “Thumbnail Index on every Page” option via the Design tab's “Thumbnail Index” menu. Show a Thumbnails Index on a specific page: You can add a Thumbnail Index to specific pages in its local Design menu by enabling “Show Thumbnail Index”. Setting a Page’s Thumbnail: To set a Page’s thumbnail, go to the page via the Content tab and open the Thumbnail menu. You can use the ← → arrows to move through the images added into that page’s Images menu, or you can open the Images menu and drag one to the Thumbnail menu. Note that the dot next to "Thumbnail" must be enabled (blue) as well. Filtering Thumbnails: You can filter a Thumbnail Index by Set, Tags, or display them randomly. Thumbnail Index styling: The appearance of the Thumbnail Index is controlled via the corresponding menu in the Design tab.
