The Site Menu

To have a fixed button on your site that will expose a navigation menu such as a “hamburger icon,” you can use the Site Menu.

Enabling the Site Menu: To turn the Site Menu on, look for the dot next to “Site Menu” in the Design tab.

The Default Menu: If “Default Menu” is selected, you can add or remove Page & Set links by clicking “Configure Menu.”

Using a Page as the Site Menu: If you’d like full control of the style and layout of your menu, you can create a page with a menu of links. Select “Use a Page” and choose the page that you created in the drop-down list. By default, using a page as the Site Menu will navigate to that page. Alternatively, select the “Overlay” option if you want the menu to be layered above the site.

Show the Site Menu on mobile only: Look for the “Mobile Only” option to hide the Site Menu icon on Desktop devices. Note: this can be combined with the use of a Pinned page that is configured to “Show on Desktop” only if you would like to show a different menu on desktop than on mobile devices.

Styling the Site Menu button: You can also customize the appearance of the default Site Menu, or the Site Menu button by editing css. Click the “EDIT CSS” link below the menu and look for the selectors containing #site_menu_button, and #site_menu. Read more about customizing the Site Menu here.
